Candied Candy Canes
Today we made special candy canes!
First we dipped the candy canes in melted chocolate...
Then we rolled them in sprinkles...

How gourmet!
Cotton Ball Snowmen
Today we made snowmen out of cotton balls! We did a great job using paint brushes to brush the glue onto the paper where we wanted to stick the cotton balls...
We were so proud of our snowmen!

While I was feeding baby Brenna, these little helpers entertained Sawyer. What great friends!
Brik A Blocks Igloo
Today we used our imaginations to build an igloo in the playroom with the brik a blocks!
Charlee made sure we wore coats in the cold ice...
She also decorated it for Christmas!

Puzzle Wreaths
I noticed recently that we had quite a few puzzles with missing pieces, so I thought we could put them to good use by turning them into a craft!
We painted the puzzle pieces red and green...
And glued them together into a wreath! I couldn't get pictures of the gluing...it took both my hands to help their little hands.
Mason wasn't very interested in having his picture taken!
Bryell was happy to pose for me!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
We love to spend time cooking, and there were a few bananas in the kitchen that had seen better days, so we put them to good use in some yummy muffins!
We took turns pouring the ingredients...
Added some chocolate chips for good measure...
mashed up the bananas...
15 minutes later...delish!

Christmas Light Necklaces
Today we made sparkly Christmas light necklaces! We started with sticky contact paper and decorated it with sequins and shiny confetti trees. It was great fine motor practice to pick up the shiny pieces and stick them to the contact paper!
After we decorated the contact paper, we stuck it to the foam Christmas lights...
Then we strung them onto string and made very merry necklaces!
